Whole redcurrants have been gently stirred by hand in traditional copper pans with Fonseca Port to create a deeply rich redcurrant sauce brusting with fruit and flavour.
Only when we have created what we are happy to put our name to is each batch signed by our Master Jam Maker. Weight 200g.
