At Roots & Wings we bake all of our biscuits using simple, traditional recipes and the finest ingredients, including British Butter, Organic Wheat and rich Stem Ginger from China. Our craft bakers make the biscuitsin small batches and bake them slowly to ensure that they are deliciously crisp. Once cooled the ginger biscuits are coated in a thick layer of organic dark chocolate created from Organic Cocoa. 130g.
