Incredients:

  • Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Worcester Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Hot English Mustard 1 tsp
  • Organic Red Wine Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Fresh Garlic Cloves 3 crushed
  • Olive Oil 1 tbsp
  • Organic rump steak 3 large rump steaks (for 6 people)

Method:

  1. Mix the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Cover and keep cool for at least 1 hour to allow the flavours to develop.
  2. Cut the steaks in half and brush with a little oil so the steaks don't stick to the grill. Barbecue on each side for 1 minute. Continue to cook the steaks for 5-8 minutes basting generously with the sauce and turning occasionally. (6 minutes = medium to rare).
  3. Serve at once.
